(TSX.V:KG) (“Klondike Gold” or the “Company”) wishes to announce the completion of its acquisition of 71% of the outstanding shares of Klondike Star Mineral Corporation (“KSMC”) In consideration for the shares of KSMC, Klondike Gold has issued 12,301,581 common shares. In the coming months the Company intends to complete its subsequent share acquisition transaction to acquire the remaining balance of the KSMC shares so that Klondike Gold will own 100% of KSMC.
