September 2021 die erste Tranche (die “erste Tranche”) seiner nicht Broker vermittelten Finanzierung in Form einer Privatplatzierung in Höhe von 2.242.851,25 $, wovon 1.935.000 $ Flow-Through-Mittel sind, abgeschlossen hat. Klondike Gold Closes First Tranche Raising $2,242,851

(TSX.V: KG; FRA: LBDP; OTC: KDKGF) (“Klondike Gold” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that further to its news release of September 30, 2021, the Company has closed the first tranche (the “First Tranche”) of its non-brokered private placement financing, raising $2,242,851.25 of which $1,935,000 is flow through funds. The Company anticipates to close the balance of the financing in the coming weeks.

Zwölf (12) Bohrlöcher mit insgesamt 1.222 Metern wurden im Juli 2021 niedergebracht. Klondike Gold Drills 1.08 g/t Au over 49.65 meters at Lone Star Zone, Extends Mineralization 250 Meters East

Twelve (12) holes totalling 1,222 meters were completed in July 2021. Klondike Gold is pleased that near-surface gold mineralization at the Lone Star Zone has been significantly extended east by 250 meters or ~25% greater in length with these results.

Klondike Gold Begins Phase 2 Drilling at Lone Star Zone

Also, the Company has received an early small gold royalty payment from Dulac Mining as the first gold ‘clean up’ of 2021.
