History of Incorporation
The Company was incorporated as Arbor Resources Inc. (AOR-ME/VSE) on August 23, 1978 under the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

On January 23, 1996, Arbor Resources Inc. completed a 10 for 1 share rollback and changed its name to Klondike Gold Corporation (KG-VSE: cusip 498903 10 3).

On November 2, 2010 Klondike Gold Corporation (cusip 498903 10 3) completed a 15 for 1 share rollback and retained the name Klondike Gold Corporation (KG-TSXV: cusip 498903 20 2).

On July 28, 2014 Klondike Gold Corporation completed a 10 for 1 share rollback and retained the name Klondike Gold Corporation (KG-TSXV: cusip 498903 30 1).
