| Over the past 25 years, since being Director of Golden Sceptre Resources, Alan Campbell has managed and financed several public mining companies in addition to private real estate companies. He has worked with several national mineral investment funds in the financing of mineral exploration companies. Previous to his involvement in the resource sector Mr. Campbell ran his own real estate financing and development company specializing in commercial properties on the Pacific coast of Canada and the United States. | ||

| Manfred Peschke has lived for more than 45 years in the Yukon where he has worked in senior positions in finance and accounting with mining and service companies. He has operated his own management consulting business since 1979 and served as Comptroller for the Northern Commercial Companies Caterpillar Dealership (later Finning Tractor). In the 1980's he also served as Managing Director for Cogasa Mining Corporation, at that time the largest producing placer mine in the Yukon, and as Director of Carson Gold Corp. (VSE) (later Diamond Fields) during the time when the Company moved to South America. Mr Peschke served as President and Chairman of Infinito Gold, formally Vannessa Ventures LTD. (TSX), where he is still a Director. | ||

| Mr. Chan was formerly vice-president of Cambridge House International Inc. He was instrumental in building Cambridge House into Canada's leading investment conference company, serving the mining and natural resource industry. At Cambridge House, he worked with many aspects of the mining industry, including public companies, brokerage firms, fund managers, letter writers, analysts and retail investors. Currently, he consults with public companies in the areas of financing and public relations. Mr. Chan has been an active director of Expedition Mining Inc. since 2003 and is also a director of Kermode Resources Ltd. | ||
